Having worked in the wine industry as a young man and developed a keen interest in it as I’ve grown older, I now enjoy combining my life and professional skills to tell the stories of remarkable horticultural, culinary, and sales individuals.
I’m a member of the MCC Longroom Wine and Food Society and relish both formal and informal wine experiences around the country whenever I get the chance.
Mark Harrison

With over 15 years of experience in audio and video production, I’ve had the privilege of working on everything from interviewing Prime Ministers to capturing Melbourne’s skyline from helicopters. Based in Melbourne, I’ve partnered with major brands and travelled globally to deliver high-quality corporate videos, social media content, and creative campaigns.
Pierre Stock
Director of PS Wine Selections
Pierre brings over 30 years of experience within the food and wine industry.
Starting with a role at Chez Paul Bocuse in France, he then spent many years working in some of the top restaurants in London - Le Caprice, Atlantic and Racine, to name a few.
Pierre moved to Australia in 2008 and has worked in Front of House roles at some of Melbourne's favourite restaurants, including Pearl, Vue Du Monde, and the French stalwart France-Soir, where he worked as France-Soir's sommelier and wine buyer for over 10 years, and together with Jean-Paul Prunetti established a French-wine importing business, France-Soir Wine Selections.
In April 2022, Pierre took sole directorship of the importing operation, which he’s since rechristened Pierre Stock Wine Selections.
